Registration

In order to buy your favorite Ukrainian trophies, you need to be registered on this site. Registration is required to correctly calculate shipping costs and track your order.
You can register in the menu – My account.

Ordering process

  • After placing an order, it goes into the On Hold state and is waiting to be paid.
  • Payment is made manually using ways described below. Payment details will be automatically included in your order confirmation email.
  • If you have not received the confirmation email, please, check your SPAM folder or contact me.
  • After receiving payment, the order will be prepared for shipment, shipped within 2 business days and a tracking number will be sent to you.
  • If you have not received the tracking information, please, check your SPAM folder or contact me.
  • Also the tracking number will be added to your order in your Account.
  • All packeges are sent by Ukrposhta. You can track your packege here – https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html

Important Update on Payment Methods

Due to frequent payment blocks and account limitations with PayPal, I have added more reliable alternatives.

You can now send payments via:

  • Direct Card Transfers: Fast and very easy via Paysend, Remitly, or TransferGo (automatically converted to our local currency UAH).
  • Western Union / MoneyGram: Super reliable and fast worldwide cash transfer services (received directly via app).
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT): Fast and easy, no amount limitations (low fees, no delays).
  • SWIFT transfer or SEPA: Direct bank transfer (usually takes 1–3 working days).
  • eBay: You can always buy via eBay if you prefer. I can list any item for you there upon request, but please note the price will be higher due to eBay commissions.

How to pay: Simply place your order, and all necessary payment details will be sent to you in the order confirmation email.

P.S.: I still have a PayPal option but PayPal has recently started blocking incoming payments to my account. And this applies not only to my account but to many Ukrainian accounts.
If the payments listed above are unacceptable to you, you can still try making a payment to my PayPal account. Maybe you will be able to get the payment through.

Delivery

  • The shipping cost depends on the weight of trophies in the entire order and on the country you live in. The shipping cost will be added to the cart.
  • Since we are a non-profit organization, no additional taxes are charged. The product is mailed as a gift, and the payment for the product is a donation. In essence, this is what it is.
  • Items ship from Ukraine within 2 business days after the receipt of the payment.
  • The item will be shipped by registered airmail by Ukrainian Postal Service.
  • Shipping to Europe takes 7-15 business days. To rest of the world 12-20 business days.

Most of the trophies for sale here are also on display in my eBay store. If you want, you can buy there. Each product usually has a link to it on eBay.

Return

If you do not like the trophies, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. After receiving it back, we will refund your money.
